All online Smoothie Membership packages are non-refundable. No refunds will be payable under any circumstances.
If you wish to purchase a Smoothie Membership package, you must be in possession of a working holiday visa or other settlement visa, or hold a valid passport to live and work in the UK. There must be 3 months or more remaining on the visa.
You should ensure that you have sufficient funds to support yourself whilst travelling to the UK and to maintain yourself during the initial period of your stay in the UK. Smooth Landings works with a reputable high street bank and is bound by their compliance laws when assisting in opening a bank account. Account opening procedures can change without notice and as such documentation requested to assist with the opening of an account is at the discretion of the bank.
The terms of the bank account are laid down by the bank and any charges are those levied by the bank and not Smooth Landings.
The Membership package must be collected by the Smoothie in person at our Canada Water premises in London. Smoothies will be required to produce their passport and purchase voucher before taking receipt of the Smoothie membership.
Smoothies applying and purchasing membership in Australia and New Zealand will be charged in Australian Dollars. The online purchase applies a card fee for purchases made online via a debit or credit card.
We cannot receive purchases in Rand online. Customers purchasing in Rand will be contacted separately to make payment arrangements. Customers requiring alternative payment arrangements can do so by calling our Australia office.
All suppliers are subject to change. Smooth Landings will make every effort to notify Smoothies of these changes.
